About the Photographers...

Over 15 years ago, Brad Lamb was introduced to photography when he entered college at Murray State University. He took several classes in the art of photography and learned about all the different styles. During his college days he worked for the college newspaper and the year book as a photojournalist. It was during this same time that he married his high school sweetheart, Renie. After college, Brad put down his camera to pursue a career as a Firefighter/Paramedic for the city of Mayfield, where he grew up. Several years passed and Brad began to miss his camera and decided to return to photography. He began shooting weddings on the weekends with his wife Renie. The pair continued to cover weddings over the next year or so while Brad earned his Certified Professional Photographers degree. This Lambs Photography prestigious degree is only held by less than 40 photographers across the state of Kentucky. Brad and Renie have worked with many talented photographers over the years and spent many hours training in various internships in order to stay current in technology and technique. Both are members of the Professional Photographers of America, Kentucky Professional Photographers (where Brad is also a member of the Board of Directors), and the Heartland Professional Photographers. The team has won the Best Wedding award for the past two years at the Kentucky Professional Photographers convention and also won the Kodak Gallery Award in the wedding class for 2004.

Lambs Photography has always created their award winning portraiture in a caring, relaxed and loving atmosphere. Being the parents of 4 young children; Hannah - 7, Gabrial - 4, Clair - 3, and Audrey - 1, reminds them of how special children need to be treated. Their love for children is apparent and promotes a welcoming atmosphere for even the shiest of children. High school seniors enjoy the couples upbeat personalities and cool ideas which sets the tone for a high energy senior session. Brad and Renie want to customize each senior's session so no two are alike. The services do not stop there. Other popular services include: Maternity/Newborns, Families, and Commercial.

In August of 2004, Lambs Photography changed their name to read: Unforgettable Moments by Lambs Photography. They felt the name change was a positive step towards expressing what their portraiture means to them as artists. Their studio is located 2 miles outside of Mayfield, Kentucky, at 127 Natchez Trace. Since the location is not in the city's business district we request that you call and make an appointment before visiting our studio and surrounding grounds. We pride ourselves in both service and location and would like to give you our full attention when you visit.
